About Us

Founded 2011

Captive Decals is dedicated to bringing you decals that will enhance the beauty of your fused glass art. The designs we create come directly from customer requests. Our first printing of fused glass decals contains 18 themes with nearly 300 different designs. There are literally thousands upon thousands of decal designs that were created specifically for high fire ceramic ware. While some ceramic decals do wonderfully in a low fire environment, many do not mature properly and can appear washed out on glass. Most ceramic decals have a transparent quality which makes them nearly invisible when place on colored glass. Our decals are meant to show off the vibrant hues of fusible and dichroic glass. We’ve got hundreds more designs in the works and are always happy to add any suggestions you may have onto our list.
