Captive Decals Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Captive Decals. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • High volume orders or promotional periods may extend processing times.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (via USPS)
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-6 business days
    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout

Please note:

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US and most countries.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Shipping)

Captive Decals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Captive Decals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Please also notify us at captivedecals@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the damaged item so we can assist you. We will reply within 2 business days.

7. Incorrect Address/Undeliverable Packages

It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Captive Decals is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get your products to you as soon as possible. Therefore, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at captivedecals@gmail.com if you need to modify your order. We will reply within 2 business days.
